The war of the hatch-back trios

In this month, three new hatch backs are all set to be lauched in the Indian market. The first one being from the brand Honda, the Jazz has managed to get some attention. The other hatches are the Fiat Punto and the Maruti Suzuki Ritz. All three will compete in a different price segment with Jazz in the expensive side and the Ritz in the lower end.
The hatch back market has so far been dominated by the Swift which the Getz, Palio, Indica Vista and the recently launched i20 have failed to dethrone. The arrival of these new hatches will give a fresh breath in this segement. I have personally been waiting for the Fiat Punto but will decide about it after the launch prices and the initial impressions.
