Saw Slumdog Millionaire
After all the hype surrounding the movie “Slumdog Millionaire”, I finally decided to see what was all about the Oscar nominated film. Though being in India, I dont like typical Indian movies and thought of passing off this one as well. But after being praised by reviewers and having been Oscar nominated for several reasons, I decided that this movie is a must watch.
The entire movie was pretty good. They have picturised the Mumbai slum areas very effectively. The entire movie had a good feel about it which lasted till the end. The childhood characters were very good. The music was indeed good as it has already been nominated for several awards.
Overall it was a pretty good movie. But I don’t understand how the ratings at imdb and other sites are scaling the skies. I feel it is a very nice movie but not as overrated as by some of the reviewers.
